📬 How to Apply for a Return

Return for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, contact online customer service or send an email to apply. The product must be intact. You will bear the shipping costs.

Return for Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, contact the after-sales center via email. After verification, we will bear the shipping costs.

Refund Processing: After the courier company receives the goods, we will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
